The Essentials program is the baseline to get started with RTLS for your hospital. TrueSpot will set your facility up with the AQFind network, up to eight floors, and 100 gateways. You start with 500, 750, or 1,000 tags for tracking assets. The pricing is set for each of these three categories. The hospital can expand the network and add additional tags at any time.

If you need to track more than 1,000 assets or expand your network, this can easily be handled by purchasing add-on modules.
- Additional tags for tracking – $8.00 per tag (water resistant)
- Additional tags for tracking – $10.00 per tag (waterproof)
- Additional tracking over 1000 assets – $1.25 per asset per month
- Additional gateways – $70 per gateway (one-time fee)
- Additional floors mapped – $200 per floor
- Within 3 months: 15% discount on the Essentials 1000 monthly pricing
- Within 6 months: 10% discount on the Essentials 1000 monthly pricing
- Within 9 months: 5% discount on the Essentials 1000 monthly pricing
