Gabe brings 22 years of automotive retail experience to True Spot. He has always had a passion for the customer experience and has a keen understanding for dealer processes and challenges. Over his 22 years of tenure, Gabe has had the opportunity to work in many different roles in a dealership from service to sales, sales management, and ultimately General Manager. When he wasn’t closing car deals he would work hard to find “Invisible roadblocks” within the processes and search to find creative solutions, which is why he feels True Spot is a must have for employee efficiency for all levels of team members in a store.
