Customer Success Manager – TrueSpot Health

As we expand our Healthcare vertical, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our growing base of hospital customers.
This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters and is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, staying highly organized, and helping customers maximize the value of technology solutions.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital accounts

Host regular customer touchpoints (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to maintain engagement and address needs

Conduct onsite customer visits and training sessions as needed

Manage day-to-day customer questions, follow-ups, and escalations

Monitor system health, platform usage, and analytics through MedSpot 360 and PowerBI dashboards

Maintain account documentation, engagement notes, and customer mapping within HubSpot

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Support, Engineering, and Product) using Jira

Build strong relationships with clinical engineering, biomedical teams, and hospital staff

Support account growth initiatives, including rollout planning and ongoing tag replenishment orders

Partner with customers to prioritize medical equipment tagging strategies

Coordinate and support bi-annual customer business reviews

Track and communicate customer ROI and success metrics
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Relationship-driven mindset with a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly and explain them to non-technical users
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with hospitals, clinical engineering, or biomedical teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, PowerBI, or RTLS/IoT systems
Additional Details:
- On-site position – Irving, TX
- Some travel required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year
